    Tom helps people through big property decisions with reassurance and clarity.

    Tom Cutler helps individuals, families, and property owners with residential property transactions, trusts, and personal legal matters. He advises on buying and selling homes, property sharing agreements, managing family trusts and resolving finance or property-related issues.

    Clients often describe Tom as approachable and supportive, appreciating his calm manner and the time he takes to guide them through the process. Many go on to refer friends and family.

    Tom began his legal career in Wellington before gaining experience in Hawke’s Bay, working across property, commercial, and trust law. Since joining Gibson Sheat in 2022, he has focused on residential conveyancing, rural and lifestyle property and trust matters.

    Outside of work, Tom enjoys swimming, diving and spearfishing on family trips to Riversdale in the Wairarapa. He also likes gardening, biking and spending time in his workshop. He values the simple things in life, especially time with family, fresh air and hands-on projects.
