Rosemary Cullen
Rosemary helps people prepare for the future with compassion and confidence.
Rosemary Cullen helps individuals, couples and families with wills, enduring powers of attorney (EPAs), estate administration, trusts and retirement village agreements (also known as occupation right agreements). She specialises in senior law and supports clients who are planning for later life or helping ageing parents and loved ones.
Kind, practical and approachable, Rosemary takes the time to explain legal matters clearly and guide clients through decisions that can sometimes feel complex or overwhelming. She understands the real-life challenges families face when it comes to ageing, succession and long-term care, and brings calm, thoughtful support to each situation.
Rosemary has personal insight into the decisions many clients are navigating. She is especially committed to helping older New Zealanders and their families plan with confidence and dignity.
Outside of work, Rosemary enjoys music, movies, walking and catching up with friends.
