Nicole helps people navigate life’s hardest transitions with empathy and care.

Nicole Askari supports families through some of life’s hardest transitions, the loss of a loved one, a change in health, or the decision to move into care. As part of our Life Planning, Estates, and Senior Law team, she helps make complex processes feel easier, bringing clarity, reassurance, and a steady presence when it matters most.

Nicole assists with estate administration, preparing and updating wills, enduring powers of attorney, and navigating elder care and retirement village contracts. She is especially attuned to the needs of grieving families and those caring for aging parents, and works to ensure every step is handled with care and respect.

Before studying law, Nicole worked for three years at Wellington Hospital’s main reception. This gave her invaluable experience supporting people during emotional and high-stress situations. She now brings these skills to her legal work with warmth and compassion. Clients value her friendly nature, calm presence and ability to make people feel heard.

Nicole has completed her LLB and was admitted to the bar in September 2025.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking with her family, painting, and celebrating her Greek and Persian heritage. She speaks Greek and loves connecting with people from all walks of life.
