Marie Colling helps people buy, sell and resolve property matters with clarity and confidence. With decades of experience, she supports first-home buyers, long-time homeowners, and families needing practical advice on mortgage arrangements, family loans, and title or boundary issues.

Marie works with first-home buyers, seasoned homeowners and generations of families who trust her to guide them through important decisions. With her depth of experience, there are few property scenarios Marie hasn’t encountered. She has seen every shift in the industry, from hand-delivering titles to land agents to working with today’s electronic systems and brings solid judgment and efficiency to every matter.

 She is well known in the Johnsonville community, having worked in a local practice there for many years before joining Gibson Sheat in 2004. Clients value her no-nonsense approach and her ability to get the job done. She’s also a regular in our 5-minute lunchtime quiz, where her general knowledge is as sharp as her eye for a title.

Marie is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives, a Justice of the Peace, and a member of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society.

Outside of work, Marie enjoys time with her husband, working in the garden, and catching up with family and friends.
