Jodie Martin helps people make property decisions with less stress and fewer surprises. She specialises in buying, selling, refinancing, subdividing and navigating trickier matters like cross lease variations and unit titles.
Born and breed in the Hutt Valley, Jodie brings strong local knowledge and a practical, down-to-earth approach to her work. Whether she’s guiding someone through their first home purchase or advising on a complex subdivision, clients appreciate her calm professionalism, clear advice and ability to keep things moving.
Jodie has also worked across the firm in estates and elder law, commercial law, and litigation, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how property connects with other legal areas.
She is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives and an Associate member of the New Zealand Law Society’s Property Law Section.
Outside of work, you’ll find Jodie exploring the hills with her partner and their doggies or escaping to Waitarere Beach to relax and recharge. She’s always up for good coffee, great company and making the most of the weekend.
