Jamane Jope

Jamane Jope helps people plan ahead and manage life’s transitions with care and clarity. As part of our Life Planning, Estates and Senior Law team, he assists with wills, enduring powers of attorney (EPAs) and estate administration, guiding people gently through some of life’s most personal and often difficult moments.

With a calm, reassuring manner and a genuine sense of care, Jamane takes the time to listen, explain and support clients through emotionally complex decisions. He’s known for making legal processes feel less overwhelming and more human. He works closely with people from all walks of life and brings a quiet strength and kindness to every conversation. He takes things at his clients’ pace, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Jamane joined Gibson Sheat in 2019 while studying for his Legal Executive Diploma and quickly became a trusted member of the team. He is an Associate Member of Legal Executives New Zealand.

Outside of work, Jamane loves to travel and experience different cultures. He enjoys good food, warm weather and exploring places like Fiji, Hawaii, Japan and Australia.
