Heather Lunn
Heather helps Gibson Sheat deliver great service by keeping people, spaces and systems running well.
Heather Lunn has been with Gibson Sheat since 2000, starting as Assistant to the General Manager and growing with the firm ever since. With over two decades of experience, she now leads our office operations team and plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly across all locations.
She manages our Office Managers in Wellington and Masterton, as well as our Receptionists in Wellington and Lower Hutt. Whether coordinating office fitouts, improving systems or managing internal projects, Heather brings structure, initiative, and a practical mindset to everything she does.
Although her work happens quietly in the background, Heather’s influence is everywhere, creating smoother systems, better processes and a more consistent experience for staff and clients alike.
Heather is also a member of our Health & Safety team.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys weekends away in her camper and spending time with her family and doggies.
