Conor Lennon works with people, business owners and organisations on commercial, employment and trust matters, delivering clear, well reasoned advice that supports confident decision making and effective risk management.
He advises on business contracts, shareholder arrangements, company structuring and the sale and purchase of businesses. He also assists with trust structuring and administration, as well as commercial property transactions including leasing and disputes. His pragmatic approach reflects a strong understanding of clients’ objectives and commercial realities.
In employment law, Conor acts for both employers and employees on employment agreements, workplace investigations, personal grievances and disciplinary processes. His balanced and considered style helps resolve issues efficiently while maintaining important working relationships where possible.
Since joining Gibson Sheat in 2022, Conor has built a reputation for reliability, responsiveness and client care. He was promoted to Senior Solicitor in 2025.
Before joining the firm, Conor developed a strong foundation in trusts and estates at Greg Kelly Law. A graduate of Victoria University and a proud Lower Hutt local, he brings commercial awareness and practical judgement to every matter.
Outside of work, Conor enjoys photography, training at the gym and spending time with his partner. He is a keen foodie with a love of Japanese and Korean cuisine and follows rugby and Formula 1 with enthusiasm.
