Conor advises on business contracts, shareholder arrangements, company structuring, and the sale and purchase of businesses. He also assists with trust-related matters and commercial property transactions, including leasing and disputes. His tailored, pragmatic advice reflects a strong understanding of clients’ goals and challenges.
In employment law, Conor supports both employers and employees with employment agreements, workplace disputes, personal grievances and disciplinary matters. His calm, balanced approach helps resolve issues while preserving important working relationships.
Since joining Gibson Sheat in 2022, Conor has built a reputation for clear communication, reliability, and client care. He was promoted to Senior Solicitor in 2025.
Before that, he developed a solid foundation in trusts and estates at Greg Kelly Law. A graduate of Victoria University and a proud Lower Hutt local, Conor brings strong legal skills and a grounded, practical mindset to every matter.
Outside of work, Conor enjoys photography, training at the gym and relaxing with his partner. He’s a keen foodie with a love for Japanese and Korean cuisine and follows rugby and Formula 1 with enthusiasm.
