Claire Maddocks

Claire Maddocks is a Senior Registered Legal Executive in our Property team. She works closely with individuals, first home buyers, couples and families on residential property transactions, guiding them through buying, selling, refinancing, and related property processes.

Claire has been a qualified Legal Executive since 2008 and was made a Fellow of Legal Executives New Zealand in 2017. She is also an Associate Member of the New Zealand Law Society.

Alongside her current property focus, Claire brings extensive experience across trusts, estate administration, and elder law. This broader background allows her to anticipate issues that can arise alongside property transactions and provide well rounded, practical support.

Originally from Paraparaumu, Claire now lives in Wellington and is known for her calm, organised approach and her ability to make complex legal steps feel clear and manageable.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys going to the gym, walking, reading, attending concerts, and watching AFL.
