Anna Holland-Waterson

Anna Holland-Waterson leads the people experience at Gibson Sheat, ensuring everyone who connects with us feels informed, supported and valued.

With over two decades in people-focused roles and more than ten years at Gibson Sheat, Anna manages recruitment, onboarding, development, wellbeing and day-to-day HR operations across all offices. She works closely with employees, Team Leaders, Partners and the CEO to support a positive, connected culture that reflects Gibson Sheat’s values.

Anna is often the first point of contact for candidates and recruitment agencies and plays a key role in shaping a smooth and engaging hiring process. She also manages relationships with payroll providers and external facilitators, helping to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly while staying focused on people and relationships. Her background in psychology, marketing and management informs her thoughtful and balanced approach to solving problems and supporting growth.

She also leads Gibson Sheat’s Kai Pai programme, a much-loved initiative that brings people together to celebrate small wins, teamwork and acts of everyday kindness.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her kids and extended whānau, reading, learning about different cultures, catching up with friends for walks and getting out on the tennis court when she can.
