Anita Fraser helps business owners, property developers and professionals with a wide range of commercial and property matters. Her work includes business structuring, shareholder agreements, commercial leasing, property development, company registrations, commercial property transactions and finance documentation.
Anita joined Gibson Sheat in 1987 and became a qualified Legal Executive in 2002. She works closely with partner David Robinson, combining secretarial expertise with legal executive support to help businesses, developers and individuals move forward with confidence.
Known for her quiet efficiency, practical know-how and longstanding experience, Anita keeps complex transactions on track with foresight and practical support. Clients value her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and maintain momentum.
Anita is an associate member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives and actively supports aspiring legal professionals through mentoring and encouragement.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through jogging and walking and spending time with her family.
