Anita Fraser

Anita Fraser helps business owners, property developers and professionals with a wide range of commercial and property matters. Her work includes business structuring, shareholder agreements, commercial leasing, property development, company registrations, commercial property transactions and finance documentation.

Anita joined Gibson Sheat in 1987 and became a qualified Legal Executive in 2002. As one of the firm’s longest serving Legal Executives, she brings deep experience, strong institutional knowledge and practical insight to every matter. She works closely with partner David Robinson in a dual role, providing both senior legal executive support and dedicated personal assistance to ensure transactions are managed efficiently and accurately.

Clients and colleagues value Anita’s steady approach, attention to detail and ability to keep complex matters organised and on track. She anticipates issues early, maintains momentum and provides practical support that helps clients move forward with confidence.

Anita is an associate member of Legal Executives New Zealand and actively supports aspiring legal professionals through mentoring and encouragement.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through jogging and walking and spending time with her family.
