Amanda Gaffey

Amanda helps people buy, sell and refinance their homes with confidence. She also assists with residential subdivisions and works closely with clients through every stage of the property process.

Amanda is known for her calm, practical approach and attention to detail. She makes the legal side of buying or selling property feel straightforward, especially for first-home buyers or those new to the process. Clients value her clear communication and reliability.

She first joined Gibson Sheat in 2003 and has developed a deep understanding of the legal process through hands-on experience. After working in legal administration, accounts and support roles, she completed her Diploma in Legal Executive Studies in 2007 and became a practicing Legal Executive in 2019.

Amanda is an affiliate of Legal Executives New Zealand.

Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with friends and family, and reading a good book in the sun with a glass of gin in hand.
